Thank you to Homeland, who have been managing my 102-unit condominium in Arcueil for 3 years now. The team is courteous, smiling and dynamic. The many problems we've had with the boiler room (new building) have been taken in hand and resolved with responsiveness. I had a very good experience with this agency, which combines professionalism, responsiveness and technical and legal expertise.
Taking over the co-ownership was not a smooth process, as the previous syndic did not make the handover any easier. However, the Homeland team was on hand to deal with any emergencies (we had a power cut in the common areas, which was quickly sorted out). They answer the phone most of the time, even at the end of the day, and if they don't take the call they eventually call back. I had no idea such a syndic could exist!
